Volunteer Opportunities

The people who call Hillside home depend on a caring community to survive.

Thanks to the support of our volunteers, residents get to participate in activities like artwork and yoga. Volunteers can also opt to help with clerical duties or fundraising or take residents on relaxing strolls around the property.

If you’re interested in volunteering, contact our Office Manager, Rosemary Rice at 805-687-0788 x117 or fill out the volunteer application and the photo consent forms below and drop it off in person.

Everyone is so committed to making these people’s lives work. It is so fulfilling to be a part of helping the residents build enough confidence to gain independence in their lives.”
